Cool Picture of the Moment

Rhodamine labelled liposomes coated with anti-AB62 incubated for one hour at 37C on PECAM cells with over expressed AB62 receptors. The cells were washed and stained with a secondary antibody tagged with fluorescein. This picture is the combination of the picture from the red channel and the green channel. If the liposomes are outside they get double stained and are yellow. The liposomes which made it inside the cell are red. The green color comes from staining of AB62 sites on the cell membrane.
