False color image of drop pinch-off from a coaxial jet. The outer fluid is water/glycerol (20-80%) with SDS at the CMC. The
middle fluid is 50cSt silicon oil, and the inner fluid is water. The outer fluid is flowing (down) and gravity is in the
horizontal direction. Breakup is due to growth of the Rayleigh-Plateau instability; the middle starts to pinch and causes
the inner fluid to pinch. The diameter of the bulb on the end of the jet is about 200 microns.
