Welcome to CRCS

The Center for Research on Computation and Society (CRCS) brings computer scientists together with a broad range of researchers, including economists, psychologists, legal scholars, ethicists, neuroscientists, and other academic colleagues.

The Center provides a dedicated and supportive environment for scholars to tackle fundamental computational problems arising from societal issues, such as privacy and security, digital copyrights, and file sharing.

The ultimate goal is to create new technologies that incorporate tech, as well as social, savvy.
